pumpkin fever?

I have now completed 3 pumpkins (or 2 1/2 since one's a baby).  Oddly I want to keep going, create my own little pumpkin patch, though my idea is to used the yarns I have, such as red, black, white, and the rest of my orange and green of course. Even had the thought of making a few to send into Jason's classroom, but we will see, I have a lot of projects ongoing still and hands full of ideas I want to work on.

I might be going a tad overboard, especially being in the middle of a rather challenging semester at school, but I like my mind being busy, this time of year even more then others. Autumn is upon me, which means winter is not far behind. Along with the winter blues that I get every year, October thru January is a difficult time for me, too many memories that refuse to be buried. My hope is that this year I can cover them in yarn and suffocate them :)

  1. Pumpkins are kind of oddly addicting. If I wasn't working on my inventory for my next show, my little pumpkin patch would probably be outgrowing it's bounds too! One thing is for sure... they make great gifts :-)

Love your blog -- hope to see you around!
