making my snowmen before the real stuff shows?!?!

I finished up my last project successfully... for the most part, I have some curling on the sleeves I'll have to figure out a solution for to make it wearable. Working up that project I have ideas in the works for a similar item.

In the mean time I started my holiday amigurumi projects I recently planned, I started and completed a snowman yesterday and now I have some body parts laying around for the second one.

I have intentions on making penguins too, but after I did the first hat for my snowman I learned why I've seen people talking on the Ravelry forums about not liking to work with Black yarn, It's damn near impossible to see your stitches. I will persevere and make the cutest damn penguins EVER!
